AWC - Automatic Workpiece Changer

Compact and reliable - loading and unloading your machining center

The AWC 8/20 offers many useful and innovative functions on a small footprint at an attractive purchase price. It can be quickly and inexpensively retrofitted to existing machines and helps them to be more productive. The AWC is available in two sizes: up to 8 or 20 (AWC 8 or AWC 20) raw parts with a max. Diameter of 300 mm and a maximum weight of 80 kg can be loaded for autonomous processing.

HSK-T100 holders are used here as workpiece holders. The workpieces are clamped onto these using vices, screw connections or other clamping systems. Loading and unloading takes place at the frontally accessible set-up station via a door that also allows working with a crane.

The solid construction ensures a permanently reliable workpiece change within 41 seconds. This means that the machine can manufacture continuously and without worries, even in unmanned operation.
